Totals by group, a breakdown per table, and the floor plan for setting the room. No names anywhere on it.

You agree to it
One click records that you have seen those totals. It is timestamped, carries a reference code, and cannot be edited afterwards.
3 · Changes
If it changes
Every later edit shows as a difference against what you agreed, not as a silent new number.

A date reaches you
A host can invite you by email from their event. With a subscription, you hold dates for your own clients. Nothing to install either way.
What this is, and is not
Guest names never reach you. That is built in, not a setting.
It works before the event is public, so you can agree a number early.
Your floor plan stays yours. We draw from it; it is published nowhere.
Your rooms, drawn once
We draw each of your rooms from your own floor plan: tables, capacities, entrances, columns. Your clients start from that room instead of sketching it from memory. You keep the rooms; every new date starts from a copy.
